Overview
These Terms of Service govern orders placed with Precision Plastic Signs (“we”, “us”), a Miami, FL-based wholesale custom fabrication business, through precisionplasticsigns.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Wholesale Ordering
Our store is intended for business and wholesale customers. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or limit wholesale accounts at our discretion.
Quotes & Pricing
Requesting a quote or placing an order does not charge your payment method. We confirm final pricing and details with you, and no payment is taken until you approve your quote. Prices are subject to change until a quote is approved.
Custom, Made-to-Order Items
All items are custom-fabricated to your specifications after you approve a quote. Because items are made to order, orders are non-refundable once a quote or proof is approved, except where required by law. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and delays.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or text you submit. You are responsible for ensuring your submitted content does not infringe on the rights of others. We may refuse to produce content we reasonably believe infringes on a third party’s rights.
Color & Material Accuracy
On-screen previews and color swatches are approximate. Final colors and finishes are matched as closely as possible during fabrication but may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to material, lighting, and printing process.
Turnaround & Shipping
Turnaround times are estimates and begin after your quote is approved and, where applicable, payment is received. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once an order has left our facility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
