How do I place an order?
Browse our shop for standard products or contact us with your specs for a custom quote. We confirm your order, review your artwork, and begin production once approved.
Do you require a minimum order quantity?
No minimums on most products. Whether you need one name tag or five hundred, we handle it. Bulk pricing is available on larger orders.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. For bulk orders we can produce a single sample for your approval before running the full quantity.
Design & Files
What file formats do you accept?
Upload an SVG, PNG, or JPG — those are the formats our builders accept. SVG is best because it stays sharp at any size; for PNG or JPG send the largest version you have, on a transparent background rather than a white box. We review every file and flag anything that needs changing before production.
What if I do not have a logo file?
We offer a free design review on all orders. If your file needs adjustments we will let you know before production begins.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
No, and it is worth knowing that before you order. We build in solid colored plastic rather than printing ink, so colors come from the filament we stock — they are not mixed to a Pantone or CMYK value. We currently carry eleven: Black, Bone White, Grey, Dark Grey, Silk Grey, Chocolate, Red, Vivid Yellow, Green, Sky Blue and Klein Blue, and a single piece can combine up to seven of them. Send us your brand colors and we will tell you honestly which of ours sits closest before anything is made. What we can promise is internal consistency: every piece in your order is cut from the same stock, so the red on a badge is the same red as the red on the sign.
Production & Turnaround
How long does production take?
Standard orders ship in 5 to 7 business days. Rush production is available — contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Do you ship outside Miami?
Yes. We ship across Florida and throughout the United States. International shipping available on request.
Materials
What materials do you use?
We fabricate in PLA and PETG, solid plastics selected for durability, color consistency, and finish quality. PETG adds extra heat and moisture resistance for demanding applications.
Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. For outdoor pieces we use PETG, which stands up to the South Florida heat and humidity.
How do I clean my sign?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that can dull the finish.
