When you create a wholesale account, request a quote, or place an order, we collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and details about the products you’re ordering (size, color, quantity, and similar specifications). If you upload artwork or a logo for your order, we store that file to produce your item.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process quotes and orders, communicate with you about your order (including proofs and approvals), fabricate and ship your items, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Uploaded Artwork
Artwork or logos you upload are used only to produce the item(s) you ordered. You confirm you own or have permission to use any artwork you upload. We do not reuse your artwork for other customers or purposes without your permission.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Cookies & Third-Party Services
This site uses WordPress and WooCommerce to operate the store, Jetpack for site security and basic analytics, and Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and automated abuse on our forms. These services may set cookies or collect limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of their normal operation.
Data Retention
We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your Rights
